Saint Louis Symphony

I had never been to the symphony before tonight, but with Abbie's company I changed that. I purchased seats for her as a Valentine's Day present and she was excited about going. So she put on her new dress and shoes and I treated her to dinner and desert before the show.

It was a unique experience. I had never seen anything like it. Our balcony seats gave us a great view of the scene. The first piece was just ordinary but the second and final pieces were very good. I was fascinated by the first violinist (sitting closest to the conductor). She was obviously passionate about her work. While I thought her movements were exaggerated her performance was exemplary. Abbie mentioned her too.
