Tigers Win Again

This week's game was very wet. It rained off and on during the game. Sometimes enough to merit me wearing my poncho and other times letting up. The offense was not so inconsistent. They turned it on and put up impressive numbers against Nevada. Now before you scoff understand that Nevada held Graham Harrel to one of his worst games of his career. But this was in Columbia and Chase Daniel is not Graham Harrel.

The Tigers offense scored on its first ten possessions and the offense was unstoppable. Chase threw for more than 400 yards and 4 touchdowns and Jeremy Maclin had three receiving touchdowns, two of which went for more than 40 yards including and 80 yard catch and run. Chase Coffman played well and had a big touchdown on a shovel pass on a fake field goal. Reserve linebacker Jeff Gettys had an interception return for a touchdown late in the fourth quarter.
